제주시 조천읍 사리탑 교차로에서 김모씨(35)가 몰던 견인차와 어린이집 승합차량이 충돌.

당시 어린이집 승합차량은 와흘에서 조천리 방향으로, 견인차는 삼양동에서 함덕리 방향으로 직진하던 중이었던 것으로 전해진다.
