상용비자를 받으려면 현지 초청장이 있어야 하는데, 이 초청장을 발급해주던 중국 업체가 어제부터 영업을 중단.
대행업체를 통하지 않더라도 현지 협력업체 등을 통해 직접 초청장을 받을 수 있으면 상용 비자 신청이 여전히 가능하다는 게 외교부의 설명.
